RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
For Product Return: Create a return request on your completed order by logging in as a member. You can deliver the product to Mng Kargo branches within 7 days with the Easy Return code you received through the system and have it delivered free of charge on behalf of Barine Tekstil.
We will share information when the product reaches us and the necessary checks are completed. After the product is examined, information about whether the return or exchange is approved will be sent to your account. Refunds for approved orders will be notified to your bank within 1 to 3 days.
Return Period: Return period is 14 days.
Refund of Product Fee: The fee you paid for the product whose return is approved will be reflected on your statement within 7 business days. You can make the relevant follow-up from your account statement. (Refund period varies depending on banks.)
Product Exchange: You can contact our customer lines to exchange the products you purchased through thebarine.com.
Return Shipping Fee: No return product shipping fee is charged by our contracted partner, MNG Cargo.
Shipping with Different Cargo: If you choose a cargo company other than Mng Cargo for your return shipments, you will have to make the payment yourself. In addition, cargo paid by the recipient sent by different cargo companies will not be accepted.
Sending with Mng Cargo: You can send the return code you will receive from your account to Mng Kargo branches within 7 days and send it to us. We will share information when the product/products reach us and the necessary checks are completed. After the product is examined, information about whether the return or exchange is approved will be sent to your account. Refunds for approved orders will be notified to your bank within 2 business days.
Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, you can contact our Customer Services and submit your request up to 2 hours after placing your order. If the product is shipped or delivered to you, you can return it within 14 days by following the return procedures.
Corporate Purchases: Our customers who make corporate purchases are required to send the products by issuing a return invoice during the return process.
