With the assurance of PayTR payment system, you can pay for your orders with all your credit cards or EFT and Money Transfer methods.

Your orders are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days. Our contracted partners, Hepsi JET and MNG Cargo, will deliver your order to you within 2-4 business days with the assurance of Barine.

Shipping is free for your purchases over 1000 ₺. For orders under 1000 ₺, you must pay a shipping fee of 49.95 ₺ for HepsiJET cargo and 70 ₺ for MNG Cargo. 

You can follow your order status from the My Order Details page on the site. We also send you an informative e-mail when your order is shipped.

During shipping, product packages may be crushed, torn, or come into contact with liquid. In such a case, you should not accept the package and file a damage report with the cargo officer.

You can return the product within 14 days after it reaches you.

You can do this free of charge on behalf of Barine Tekstil by logging into your account at thebarine.com, selecting the product(s) you want to return from the "My Orders" page, clicking the return button, taking note of the cargo return code and the cargo company that will appear, and using the code you noted to the specified cargo company. 

You must deliver your order to the cargo company within 7 days with the return code you will receive.

If you choose a cargo company other than Mng Cargo for your returned shipments, you will have to make the payment yourself. In addition, cargo paid by the recipient sent by different cargo companies will not be accepted.

For orders that are not delivered to cargo, you can cancel your order from the "My Orders" page in your account or send your cancellation request to our WhatsApp contact line at 0544 800 13 35.

You can request a refund for your shipped orders after they are delivered.

Our customers who shop with a corporate title or a sole proprietorship are required to send the products by issuing a return invoice during the return process.

If you want to change the product you purchased for any reason, you can contact our customer team via e-mail or WhatsApp . Your replacement will be provided free of charge.

The fee you paid for the product whose return is approved will be reflected on your statement within 7 business days. You can make the relevant follow-up from your account statement. (Refund period may vary depending on banks.)

Each of our products, which are carefully designed and produced from quality yarns, are produced from different yarn types. Therefore, you can maintain the products by taking into account the washing and drying instructions on our products.
