1- Preparation Time: The preparation time for your orders is 1-3 business days. Shipments cannot be made on public holidays. The period may be extended depending on stock availability. 


2- Delivery to Cargo: After the preparation period, your order will be shipped to you. 


3- Cargo Tracking Number: The cargo tracking number of your product or products, whose preparation phase is completed, will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when signing up.


4- Information about Situations Delaying Delivery:

* The distance of the address to which the product will be delivered throughout Turkey and the frequency of visits of the cargo company to the region may affect the delivery day, and order delivery may be delayed. 

* Adverse weather and transportation conditions in the region where the order will be delivered may delay the delivery of the product.

* There is always a certain density in cargo delivery during the time periods that coincide with New Year's Eve, holidays and special days. For orders falling on these special days, delivery may be delayed.


5- Weekends and Public Holidays: Orders you place on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first business day following.


6- Cargo Company Worked with: Barine works with MNG cargo and HepsJET. Your orders falling within HepsiJET's service area and below 30 deci will be sent via HepsiJET.


7- Shipping Fee: Shipping is free for your purchases over 1000 ₺. For orders under 1000 ₺, you must pay a shipping fee of 49.95 ₺ for HepsiJET cargo and 70 ₺ for MNG Cargo. 


8- Information: When your order is shipped, an information e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when signing up. By clicking on the relevant link in the mail or by clicking on "Where is my cargo" in Barine
You can track your order by clicking the link.


9- Order Delivery: Only you can receive your order. However, if there is someone else at the address who will receive your delivery, be sure to specify this information when creating the order. You did not specify
Otherwise, your order will not be delivered to anyone else.


10- Address Change: You should not change the delivery address after creating an order. Your shipped orders will be returned to Barine due to the wrong address and will be sent to a new address.
If you do not specify, your fee will be refunded. For any changes in your order address, you can contact +90 258 373 51 88 .


11- If the order does not arrive: Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified. If you are not at your address for your orders sent by MNG Cargo, or if you have not determined a person other than yourself to receive your order, the MNG Cargo officer will leave a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest MNG Cargo branch. You must receive the package from the specified MNG Cargo branch within two days at the latest.


12- What Should I Pay Attention to When Receiving the Product?: When receiving your order, the cargo package may be torn, crushed, wet, etc. You should definitely check if there is a problem. We also recommend that you make sure that the products in your package are the same as the products reflected in the invoice. The cargo officer will assist you if there is any problem with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not accept the cargo and submit a report to the cargo officer. The report will facilitate your transactions regarding product exchange or refund.
